Return Policy
Overview
Items purchased online may be returned within 15 days following the delivery of your order for a refund if they are unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For items purchased in store please see the bottom of your receipt as the in store return policy differs from online.
Non-Returnable Items
Modified / sized / Engraved items and watches that ship direct from the supplier are final sale. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Return Process
To begin your return, contact sales@fifthavenuejewellers.com with a description of your concerns, a copy of your order receipt, and any applicable photos/information describing the issue. If your item qualifies for a return, you will receive a Return Authorization number, which will need to be included in with your shipment. Our staff will provide you with full instructions during the return process.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to us unless without contacting us first. We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
